Airline disaster

TAM airlines Airbus-320 flight that originated in Porto Alegre
in southern Brazil. July 19, 2007 - Due to short runway, plane
crashes into a TAM building and gas station and bursts into flames.
Death toll reaches 189.
S7 Airlines Flight 778 Irkutsk, Russia. Irkutsk International
Airport. July 9, 2006: On landing an airbus A310-300 overshoots
the runway slides across several hundred meters of wet runway and
grass, crashes through a concrete barricade, hits a group of private
garages and bursts into flames. Three flight attendants and seventy-six
passengers survive the crash. One hundred twenty-four do not. As a
result of Russian Lawyers request, James Vititoe is currently representing
family and friends of victims of flight 778.
Bellview Airlines Flight 210, Lagos, Nigeria, Murtala Muhammed
Airport. October 22, 2006: Shortly after take off, a Boeing
727 on an internal Nigerian flight to Abuja, sent a distress signal
and crashed in stormy weather. Of 117 on board, six crew members
and
111 passengers, 96 are dead and 9 people have survived. Jim Vititoe
and Masry & Vititoe are currenlty investigating this crash.

James W. Vititoe
MASRY & VITITOE
Over the last 30 plus years, Jim Vititoe has specialized in catastrophic
injuries and wrongful death claims.
Jim was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His family moved to Germany
when Jim was 5 and then to Georgia when he was 9. Jim went on to graduate
from William & Mary as well as Southwestern University School
of Law, where he was on the Dean's List and President of the Student
Bar. He was the recipient of the Fredrick Graff Award which is given
to the most outstanding student at the Law School. While attending
school, Jim worked for United Airlines.
Jim has lived in Southern California since 1973. Jim married Karen
Dutcher in 1984. They are blessed with two sons, Justin in college
and Travis in high school.
