On Feb. 16, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced it is going after documents from Toyota in order to determine if the three most recent recalls were handled in a timely manner. This includes the 2010 Prius hybrids and Lexus HS 250h vehicles experiencing brake system problems; and 2010 Camrys prone to brake fluid leaks.
